You can promote any website as long as it's family-safe, or for the general internet audience. A list of what's NOT allowed:

* NO sites with multiple (more than one) pop-ups/pop-unders.
* NO porn sites, adult content sites,
* NO "Wares", "warez", or piracy sites,
* NO partial nudity (bathing suits included) websites,
* NO sites promoting violence,
* NO sites containing vulgar language
* NO Hate/racist sites
* NO Anti-Islamic, Anti-Christian, anti-Jewish, or profane websites
* NO Illegal file sharing sites
* NO sites of other questionable nature,

* NO banner farms, link farms, or pages that redirect traffic.
* NO sites that REQUIRE visitors to click on a banner to gain access.


Also, no banners will be accepted that use nudity, partial nudity, or bathing suits to send adult-related traffic to a non-adult site. A good rule of thumb: if it's something that a child shouldn't see, don't join. New member applications must be approved by a moderator before their banner is seen on our exchange.

Members agree to include the full unchanged HTML code provided by the PakBanners.com Banner Exchange for displaying banner ads on their web site. PakBanners.com Banner Exchange reserves the right to verify the placement and correctness of its HTML code.

Members acknowledge that PakBanners.com Banner Exchange is a free service supported by sponsors. At any given time, the banner on a member's web site may contain an advertisement from a sponsor, from another member, or from PakBanners.com.

A member may not artificially inflate traffic counts to his/her site using a device, program, or other means.

Members may display multiple banners. (up to three per account.)

A member may not include the banner on any page that automatically reloads or goes to another page without interaction from the user.

PakBanners.com Banner Exchange retains ownership and all rights to the PakBanners.com Banner Exchange name, logo, software, databases, reports, web site, and information.

PakBanners.com Banner Exchange reserves the right to restrict the use of its name, system, logo, software, lists, databases, reports, and any information created or obtained by PakBanners.com.

Members acknowledge and agree that their web site information (name, URL, traffic counts, etc.) may be utilized by PakBanners.com. Possible use includes, but are not limited to, a list of the busiest sites.

PakBanners.com Banner Exchange, its administrators, partners and sponsors cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of the services of PakBanners.com Banner Exchange.

PakBanners.com Banner Exchange makes no guarantees of any kind regarding the dependability, accuracy, or timeliness of the services of PakBanners.com Banner Exchange.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold PakBanners.com Banner Exchange and PakBanners.com harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of this Agreement or any third-party's rights, including but not limited to infringement of any copyright, violation of any proprietary right and invasion of any privacy rights. This obligation will survive any termination of this Agreement.

Anyone determined by PakBanners.com Banner Exchange to have violated these terms and conditions is subject to being banned from PakBanners.com Banner Exchange without any obligation by PakBanners.com Banner Exchange to redeem any earned credits. The PakBanners.com Banner Exchange may at any time stop it's service without any obligation by PakBanners.com Banner Exchange to redeem any earned credits.
